Prototyping the Survival Loop

This week the team locked down the first playable loop: explore, survive, fight, progress. The survival layer (hunger, thirst, fatigue) is designed to create pressure without becoming a second job. Every scavenging run is a small risk/reward decision — push further for better loot, or head back before night falls and the signal gets stronger. Next up: early combat prototypes against the game's first hostile — the Hollowed.
